In early August, Staff Attorney Laura Moy put the finishing touches on some filings then went to the hospital and delivered a healthy 8 lb. 8 oz. son. His name is Alexander Joseph Vuolo, but his parents call him Xander. As you can imagine, Laura and her husband Mike are thrilled. Laura has completed her two year fellowship at IPR. And while we will miss her, we are happy that after spending some time at home, she will start working at Public Knowledge.
